Major Responsibilities/Duties
  •  Drive the delivery of HPT across the Area – contributing to the design of global and Area strategy, creating solutions for supporting our Regions and SLs, creating communications and marketing materials, consulting with teams, facilitating sessions, accrediting consultants as required
  • support the Area Coaching and Teaming Leader in the preparation and delivery of coaching sessions and workshops; including creating presentations, agendas and other relevant materials, managing logistics, administering assessments, organizing the participants and venues
  • Proactively track, evaluate, analyse and report on coaching and teaming activities across the Regions.  Generate recommendations for program improvements
  • Create and manage communications such as email updates, newsletters, Powerpoint decks and reports for Area Talent Leadership team and Area Talent Development Team etc
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings – prepare agendas, provide status updates, and circulate relevant documentation
  • Coordination of billing for external coaching engagements
     Areas of responsibilities include:
  • Stakeholder management (Asia Pac Talent Leaders and Globally)
  • Supporting and providing guidance to Region HPT, Coaching Leaders and consultants
  • Contribution to consultation, design and delivery of HPT sessions
  • Collaborating with the HPT global team on strategy and deployment
  • Facilitating HPT accreditations as required
  • Supporting the broader Asia Pac Coaching and Teaming direction through coordination and reporting
  • The position holder will perform other responsibilities and tasks as required to achieve the agreed performance outcomes.
