The opportunity 

As our future Facilities Colleague you will be the first line contact for all facilities related inquiries from your customers: employees, suppliers and visitors. In this role you will work in close collaboration with the other members of the Facilities team.
Key responsibilities

  • In this role you will treat, guide, answer and solve incoming customers enquiries (mail / phone / visits / …) in the best customer focused way (professional – consistent – polite), aiming at first time resolution and respecting EY processes, policies and practices.
  • You will interact with suppliers, visiting the Facilities Service Desk, on a daily basis.
  • You will perform administrative tasks such as:
    • Operational follow-up of the access control system and granting access control;
    • Managing incoming / outgoing mail;
    • Handle mobility topics (requesting public transport subscriptions, follow-up on issues with regards to parking )
    • Check incoming invoices etc.
    • Registration of incoming parcels and packages. 
    • Maintaining the facilities manual. 
    • Writing content for internal communication. 
  • You will liaise with the other facilities colleagues to ensure end-to-end handling and optimal customer experience during the whole journey of customers.
  • Analyse data and prepares ad hoc reports. 
  • You are able to understand and use the functionalities of Facilities tools & applications in order to handle issues customers might experience with them.

Your profile

  • You hold a degree in administration or have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A first experience in a support role, working at a customer desk / front office is a big plus.
  • You are customer focused, service minded and on top of that a true problem solver. 
  • You possess great communication skills and will converse in a diplomatic but assertive/persuasive manner. 
  • You have a professional approach and are oriented to quality improvement. 
  • Last but not least, you are a veritable team player. At EY we put emphasis on teamwork and value integrity highly. 
  • You are fluent in French/Dutch and English since you will support clients from all nationalities.
