Your key responsibilities:

 Working with partners and clients the candidate will be responsible to:

  • Manage and maintain external and internal process for the talent program including:
    • Business development
    • Strategic mapping of resources
    • Talent management
    • KPI development and reporting
    • Internal process
    • Coordination of partner training
    • Invoicing process
  • Manage the pursuit process for opportunities, working closely with key partners and EY executives
  • Provide support on pursuits and account planning/account strategy 
  • Take an ownership role in driving the pursuit process, including coordinating the flow of information from contributors to meet all deadlines and following through on action items to achieve a coordinated team effort
  • Coordination of proposal development
  • Actively participate in and contribute to all stages of the proposal and fulfillment process, overseeing adherence to all steps of the proposal process and firm guidelines
  • Execute win/loss debriefs

Key Candidate Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid Government of Canada Secret Clearance
  • Working knowledge & experience managing Government of Canada procurement vehicles and Supply Arrangements.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
  • Proven sound judgment and flexibility in balancing multiple project requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule, with high attention to detail
  • Effective influencing and relationship building skills with strong executive presence
  • Proactive self-starter with a committed team-oriented attitude 
  • Work with minimal supervision, linking in with account team as and when required
  • Manage projects or initiatives while clarifying objectives, priorities, roles, responsibilities, timelines and scope changes as appropriate
  • Leadership, facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Drive consistency of all established processes and procedures

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • 8 years related working experience
  • Two years working with or supporting GoC contracts and supply arrangements
  • Must hold valid Government of Canada Secret Clearance
  • Two years’ experience effectively leading or coordinating projects and motivated teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
  • Experience in business development in public sector
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise finance with technology skills
  • Ability to lead a team of consulting professionals on multiple projects
  • A strong work ethic
