The Opportunity (Senior Consultant to Manager level)

 

Oracle Advisory practice in EY, a part of the ERP Advisory services, provides advisory services to clients with a focus on Enterprise Integration, Business Intelligence and Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions. We assist clients in the successful deployment of Oracle's full suite of enterprise applications which includes Oracle eBusiness Suite, Fusion (HCM cloud, CRM cloud, infra on cloud) Siebel, PeopleSoft, Primavera and Hyperion product ranges.


We provide assistance to clients throughout the life cycle of an ERP deployment, starting from package selection, RFP creation, vendor selection, program management and program office setup, ERP implementation, Process mapping, pre-Implementation review, post implementation review and support. Our solutions and services are aimed to provide solutions in areas of Financial Management, Human Resources Management, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management and Corporate Performance Management.

Your Key Responsibilities

 

As a Consultant in EY, you will be responsible for playing an important role in achieving the firm’s vision of 2020. You would be a key member in end to end implementation of engagements. You would be representing the Brand EY and hence are expected to showcase the quality and value we deliver to our clients.

 

Apart from this the below would be the key roles and responsibilities:

 

·       Oracle EBS HCM Functional Consultant having expertise in Oracle EBS R12.1.x or higher and experience in HCM cloud.

·       Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design & Development, Testing, and Implementation.

·       Must have problem solving and conflict management skills to ensure change management issues can be resolve quickly and effectively

·       Responsibilities include planning, leading and actively participating in design, configuration and testing of the HCM modules/functionality of Oracle’s E-Business Suite

·       Assist business users in mapping and streamlining/reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules, using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment.

·       Assist clients in mapping and streamlining/reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules, which include integrating the Oracle Applications with existing client systems, using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment.

·       Should have experience with standard implementation activities, including requirements gathering solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, project documentation, and post-production support.

·       Be In position to understand and define controls in the system from a solution and segregation of duties.

·       Will work closely with our clients and must demonstrate individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest calibre to ensure client satisfaction.

 

To qualify for the role you must have

 

·       Total Work Experience – 3 to 6 Years

·       Previous experience working in a consultant level role for either a consulting firm or technology business

·       Good entrepreneurial flare and the ability to identify business opportunities and cross sell different services and/or products

·       Willingness to travel extensively across the globe

·       Bachelors degree from a reputed institution

·       CIMA/CPA/CFA/CA/MBA and other equivalent PG degrees. (Preferred)

·       Oracle Certified Professional preferred

·       Minimum 2 Project Implementations (HCM cloud, Oracle HRMS, Performance Management, iRecruitment, Oracle Learning Management, Oracle Time & Labour)

·       Sufficient exposure to Recruitment, onboarding, Employee Maintenance, Performance management, Learning management, Time system and integrations, Goals, PMS, Career Development, Learning, Benefits, Payroll, Workforce Modelling & Prediction and Compensation Management

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

·       Ability to work autonomously with minor supervision and as a member of a team

·       Fluent English speaking professional

·       Expert and Strong hands-on experience on Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle HRMS suites in R12

·       Strong listening and exceptional communication skills

·       Excellent interpersonal and client facing skills.

·       Self-motivated, organized and able to integrate with the team.

·       Willingness to travel

 

Good to have Capabilities

 

·       Knowledge on other Oracle Applications, HR Analytics & Oracle EI

·       Knowledge on other ERP platforms.
