Skills and attributes for success


  • Finance Function Consulting or Finance Functional improvement experience in a large organisation

  • Relevant technology implementation experience in either ERP (SAP), Performance Management (Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Board), Last Mile of Finance (Blackline, Trintech)or Robotic Process Automation

  • Experience working in mining, oil and gas industries

  • Experience delivering emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning or AI to transform the finance or other back / front office functions

  • An IT and/or a Finance orientated tertiary qualification is desirable but not essential


Ideally, you’ll also have

  • A desire to continue to grow and shape your skills set, to enable you to provide finance and automation solutions for the Transformative Age (e.g. Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning or AI)

  • Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to build effective, long-lasting relationships with clients
