You will:
  • Author and edit product related documentation including configuration instructions, user manuals, diagrams, and other artifacts as necessary.

  • Translate technical product requirements and user story information into clear, readable documentation for technical and non-technical users.

  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality in and across all types of documentation and the GigNow app.

  • Engage in formatting, editing, and quality assurance on own work and the work of others.

  • Improve editorial and visual standards for documents and recommends new designs, layouts and procedures

  • Work with and learn from a team of world class product managers and designers that have experience at companies such as Wells Fargo, Visa, Yodlee, Fiserv, Caere, CA Technologies, and Apple.

  • Help us disrupt contractor sourcing, matching and hiring space at one of the most storied and innovative companies!

You will have:
  • Progress towards an Master’s degree in Marketing Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, Technical Communications, or similar field of study. 

  • Bachelor’s degree holders with work experience considered.

  • An ability to communicate clearly and consistently articulating to a diverse audience.
  • Ability to create things from scratch and operate in an ambiguous environment. Be driven and self-directed.

  • Strong aptitude to learn and develop long term

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment as well as independently

  • Knowledge of Zendesk is a plus.
