What can TAS FSO offer you?

The opportunity to be involved in high profile transactions in a market leading team, working for major financial services organizations.

The chance to develop deep financial services expertise and industry knowledge across a wide range of banking, asset management, and insurance transactions as well as in more niche sectors such as intermediaries and financial services technology companies. We look at targets as a holistic business, providing a broader and more forward looking view than typically seen at a similar level in an audit role.

The opportunity to learn very diverse transaction skills: we work on the full range of acquisition due diligence, sell side assistance, vendor due diligence, joint ventures, portfolio transactions as well as assignments such as transaction agreement disputes / completion accounts and purchase price allocation.

International experience - many of our projects are in cooperation with colleagues in the EMEIA region and wider network. Additionally, the integration of our EMEIA FSO practice has made longer-term mobility a genuinely accessible option for those who wish to develop their career internationally.

We are proud of our flexible working arrangements, and we will support you to build a successful career and deliver excellent client service, without sacrificing your personal priorities. While our client-facing profession might require regular travel, and at times working at client sites, we are committed to help you achieve a balanced lifestyle.
