Your key responsibilities


As a Senior Manager in OTS you will be a vital member of the team, advising clients across all sectors and supporting key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for transactions. You will work in a transaction environment, operating under tight M&A timeframes and demands. Being part of the Leadership team, you will manage and develop the pipeline, including leveraging your own network for opportunities. You will also spearhead marketing efforts and build strong relationships with high profile clients and lead key client decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value. As an influential member of the team, you'll help to create a positive learning culture and will coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop. Finally, you will help the young practice grow by taking over important practice management activities.


Skills and attributes: 

  • Lead project teams comprising of colleagues from across the TAS sub-service lines.
  • Demonstrate the skills and experience required to operate in a client-facing role within a professional services firm;
  • Apply sound financial analysis and a rigorous approach to quantify the impact of operational issues.
  • Work in a fast-paced, exciting environment with strong business acumen to drive value to our clients.
  • Strong working relationships with senior clients, including influence, advice and support to key decision makers.

To qualify for the role, you must have   

  •  A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or Information Technology and 10 years of related work experience

  • M&A management consulting experience is preferred

  • Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience of producing and reviewing high caliber reports, papers, presentations and thought leadership

 Ideally, you’ll also have: 

  • A proven record of excellence in a mergers or acquisitions transactions role.
  • Experience gained within another large professional services organization
