Essential Functions of the Job:
  • Assist in execution of client governance and cadence processes and procedures
  • Participate in and organize the collection and preparation of data and information to support regular reports to the team and client
  • Collect and prepare of data and information to support regular reports and communications to the team and client
  • Assist in resource management activities, including engagement resource on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Assist in performing schedule analysis and schedule modeling by compiling data to create reports
  • Assist in performing cost and risk analysis by compiling and interpreting data and by conducting research
  • Assist in documenting engagement policies and procedures
  • Assist in performing process improvement activities related to Project Management processes and systems including creating documents supporting performance improvement
  • Prepare and distribute engagement communication information through the proper channels and to the appropriate stakeholders 
  • Identify opportunities to enhance data reporting and analysis for specific projects and engagements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across other EY functional groups
  • Meet engagement project expectations defined by project and engagement stakeholders
  • Identify, communicate and address project risks, assumptions and constraints
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the collection of client schedule, risk, and cost status for weekly / monthly and ad hoc reporting
  • Execute on and deliver engagement specific tasks as directed
Knowledge and Skills Requirements: To qualify for the role you must have:
  • United States citizenship; and must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance or higher
  • Ability to analyze financial and operational data sets and assist in problem solving
  • Ability to work with accounting, business management and/or technology concepts
  • Flexibility and ability to work with a nationally distributed team
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint)
  • Ability to become proficient with Tableau and Visio
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and follow up on open issues
  • Excellent English language skills – both written and verbal
Supervision Responsibilities:
Review Associate Analyst I and Associate Analyst II work as needed or as directed
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management or related field
