Your key responsibilities
  • Support the Area MS and Area Solution/Offering leaders to develop and execute Managed Services’ go to market (GTM) plans
  • Design and deploy a robust MS business development approach across the Area that can be utilized by teams to identify, design and develop with clients
  • Drive new and existing business opportunities and maximize new sales and cross-sell opportunities
  • Foster and maintain relationships across target buyers within strategic clients
  • Develop and maintain partner and vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with our aligned sales community to communicate and promote strategic solutions internally
  • Support leaders with the development of MS GTM programs – comprising awareness development, solution prioritization, campaign design and development, client engagement and pursuit execution
  • Drive new and existing business opportunities to maximize new sales
Skills and attributes for success

 

You will have:

  • Experience of business development, solution setting and the complexities of managed services deals within a professional services or similar organisation
  • The influencing skills to successfully collaborate with senior client and EY stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success working in a matrix environment
  • The ability to effectively forecast and review projection of performance and targets

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A Bachelors degree or advanced degree (preferred)

Ideally you’ll also have

  • 12+ years of experience handling complex and large sales deals, preferably in a partnership/professional services environment
  • Experience in a leadership capacity in a managed services environment
  • Experience structuring complex pricing structures and managing and closing multimillion deals
  • Board presentation experience or experience as a board member
  • Knowledge and understanding of outsourcing and offshoring operating and cost/pricing models for managed services
