Your key responsibilities
 
We are committed to build a consistent foundation of leadership capabilities for all EY people regardless of their rank, service line and sector. We develop learning to support the deployment of critical strategic initiatives (Sector, Virtual and Digital). 
 
The Cross Service Line Talent Development Program Manager is responsible to manage and support across all Service Lines focusing on:
  1. Markets curriculum  - learning design and facilitation experience to cover the ‘top 5’ Markets Learning programs
  2. Partner development strategy and solutions – leading the communications and planning for all Partner programs and also to program manage Harvard Virtual and the CSP programs in reaching consistent and qualitative deployment over Asia-Pacific. 
 
You are required to consult and influence regions and Service Lines to ensure adherence to learning objectives outlined in any global material and make contribution to global design workgroups.  You need to manage communication platforms such as curriculum catalogues, SharePoints, Yammer groups etc. to store program materials and promote key priorities and achievements across the Asia-Pacific Talent Development team.  Also, you need to work with various stakeholders and external vendors to identify the required skills for our Partners and senior leaders in order to cope with the evolving business models.
 
 
Skills and attributes for success
The Cross Service Talent Development Program Manager is responsible for managing the quality design and deployment of key programs on our Markets curriculum and Partner development across all Service Lines.  We are looking for people with the following experience and skill:
  • Demonstrated success in building internal and external relationships at a senior level with a proven track record of success in driving the global talent agenda
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills are required to work with global, regions and external vendors
  • Contribute to design workgroups
  • Define and manage program budgets and analyse and report on regional curriculum spend
  • Create and execute communication plans to key stakeholders in the Area Executive, Area Service Lines and regions
  • Create and analyse program evaluations detailing strengths and improvement opportunities
     
To qualify for the role you must have
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural intelligence
  • Ability to implement large complex multiple projects and initiatives at any one time
  • Fluent written and spoken English
 
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Be fluent in assigned program content and be able to articulate its business relevance to leadership and the learner group
  • Demonstrate program design experience
  • Strong understanding of Learning and Development delivery methods and content knowledge
  • Ability to identify facilitator requirements, manage Train-the-Trainers and engage with facilitator pools
