Client responsibilities

  • Facilitate the implementation of SAP Solutions to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance,
  • Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the business analysis process and provide product and implementation expertise to clients in how best to implement and use the system, identify scope gaps, advise on workaround solutions when applicable.
  • Lead Techno-Functional Stream. Implement end to end solution
  • Ensures the customer’s application and system requirements are identified, analyzed and documented.
  • Optimize Hybris Commerce Processes, and help customers to adopt Best Practices
  • Communicate on project progress to customer and engagement manager
  • Manage customer challenges and escalations in a proactive and structured manner
  • Support pursuit management activities, participate in proposals preparation
Desired skills
  • Broad application skills in Hybris Marketing , Additional knowledge in other submodules of Hybris is a plus
  • Extensive knowledge in more than one of the following areas: Commerce, portal/forms customization
  • Technical hands on experience in the integration of Hybris Commerce with SAP and non-SAP Systems, designing the entity model etc.
  • Approximately 4 to 6 years of total experience and SAP Implementation experience in minimum 3 projects, Implemented at least 2 full life cycles Hybris  projects
  • Functional lead experience while running at least 2 Hybris ecommerce  implementations with hands-on understanding of hybrids end-to-end solution implementation
  • Strong knowledge in Activate / EY Hybrid  implementation methodologies
  • Capability of presenting the value proposition in the module / area,
  • Very good problem solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and presentation skills
  • can articulate Hybris solutions to IT/business, configure and conduct demos/show-and-tell sessions for customer executives
  • Knowledge of SAP CRM implementation is a plus
