The opportunity

You as the BMC Project Delivery Lead will report into the BMC Program Delivery Leader and will be responsible, in your respective geographic area (Asia-Pacific, Americas, or EMEIA), for driving the delivery of all BMC Technology projects including the delivery and migration of all content (Executive, Regions and Country) to our new digital marketing platform, marketing automation and other internal and external channels.

As BMC Project Delivery Lead, you work closely with the regional and country teams ensure the successful and timely delivery of Country sites, Careers, Technical content and all other sites needed to position EY with an exceptional external digital experience and discontinue the legacy platform.

You will work with Area teams, the Global Delivery and Digital Enablement teams, as well as your peers to ensure that this is done in a systematic, collaborative and repeatable way – all delivered with rigor, execution excellence and alignment to the Global BMC strategic operating model.

Your key responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for reporting on and enabling the BMC teams’ plans, calling out issues and risks and enabling alignment to the Global model. You enable the creation and migration of legacy and off-platform sites to the new EY.com platform.


This will include supporting the coordination and leadership of best in class delivery as well as supporting and informing the creation of a state-of-the-art business-as-usual model after go-live. This will entail:

  • Ensuring cohesion and alignment across the content, editorial, delivery teams and vendor to make aggressive deadlines defined by leadership

  • Juggling multiple and conflicting priorities in a timely and sensitive way, with full transparency to the DFF Board and program leader.

  • Managing and leading complex stakeholders towards optimal solutions while helping them understand resource constraints and prioritisation

  • Holding teams to the highest standards in terms of rigour, project discipline and responsibility while ensuring everyone’s behaviour embodies EY values

  • Supporting the ongoing delivery model and strategy, implementing and managing delivery with the associated teams. This will be critical to reaching EYs strategic objectives for FY18 and beyond.


Skills and attributes for success

  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organisation with excellent communication and networking skills – able to effectively manage and influence senior leaders as well as a broad range of stakeholders in a global environment

  • High level of persistence to overcome resistance and obstacles

  • Passion for change and digital transformation

  • Ability to work with ambiguity, and manage expectations and deliver in a continuous improvement/ Agile environment

  • Strong influencing skills to gain acceptance of product or service.

  • Teaming skills to successfully work will large, diverse and virtual teams, and ensure delivery across geographical, cultural and business divides

  • Seeks systematic improvements and efficiencies through the creation and implementation of rigorous process and controls

  • Experience in a cross-border role, successfully managing multiple complex projects at a and area and regional level

  • Ability to build and sustain high performing teams in a virtual environment

To qualify for the role you must have
  • In-depth experience in complex global project deliveries
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural competence
  • Experience in working with creative and content teams
  • Agile project management skills and strong change management skills
  • Comfort managing teams in multiple locations, including India, Poland, Buenos Aires

Ideally, you’ll also have/are
  • CMS and other digital stack tool or Marketing Technology (MarTech) stack experience e.g. AEM and experience in an equivalent global roll-out

  • a network outside EY to get fresh ideas
