Brand, Marketing and Communications Operations Senior Associate

 

Job summary

 

As a Brand, Marketing and Communications Operations Senior Associate within the EY’s West Region, you will support the BMC team with internal resource management including budget and activity management, Global and Regional BMC reporting, digital and traditional marketing campaigns, coordination of offshore projects and resources, event execution, and BMC activity metrics. You will also provide project management support for the BMC team on select special projects. You will be part of a team that helps to build brand for the firm and executes programs within the Western Region. This role requires a person who thrives in an agile fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment and is willing to take on new and dynamic projects with a positive attitude, flexibility and enthusiasm.

 

Job responsibilities: 

 

·        Support fiscal budget planning and ongoing management, working closely with the Regional BMC Leader to create reports and develop a monthly reconciliation process for all program-based BMC budgets

·        Maintain a  regional activity calendar and be responsible for timely updates

·        Manage regional BMC internal connection channels including SharePoint, team calls and team shared drive

·        Collaborate across BMC teams to identify best practices, highlight key challenges and benchmark BMC activities

·        Drive project plans and governance processes; identify and propose solutions for process improvements across BMC pillars

·        Act as a subject matter resource for firm tools and processes that protect EY’s brand, visual identity and help ensure compliance with firm policies

·        Assist in implementing ROI measurement and reporting for BMC activities; help build reports based on data submission; participate in Global Analytics and Measurement network

·        Enable and execute activities as needed: act as a project manager for small to medium-size initiatives, assist with the creation and execution of communications and campaigns, including SCORE process, and provide on-site support

·        Serve as enablement and quality control for Global Delivery Services (GDS) resources; provide project guidance as needed

·        Act as CRM and email marketing platform champion

 

To qualify, candidates must have:

 

·        Excellent written and verbal communications skills

·        Strong technical skills related to database administration, list management and email marketing tools/systems

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and be the first adopter of new BMC/EY tools and technology systems, e.g. Sharepoint, Mercury, etc.
  • Ability to track and manage complex, large-scale budgets, with support from the BMC Leader, the Go-ToMarket Leader, and the Brand and External Communications Leader who oversee the BMC program budgets
  • Demonstrate the ability to problem solve and act as a go-to resource on all BMC operations and issues.
  • Understanding of marketing and communication principles
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple, complex and time-sensitive projects through organization and prioritization
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully team with diverse stakeholders and teams across countries and time zones
  • Experience with CRM platforms and conceptualizing, executing and reporting performance analytics for email and / or multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to reporting requirements and risk management protocol
  • Experience in a project management and/or an operations role within a global professional services environment
  • Experience in database administration/marketing and digital media
  • Social media fluency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of Brand, Marketing and Communications functions in a world-class global organization
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a Marketing or Communications major is preferred
