The Cloud Hosting Internal Sales Specialist (Compute Adoption Lead) is responsible for the health of the interaction with Compute’s clients. Acting as the main contact point for his/her business unit this role is expected to centralize all client’s engagements via a unique and systematic Intake path for any type of needs the internal clients may request from Compute.


Main Responsibilities

  • Acts as single point of contact for EY's respective Service Line and Country for all Compute related services and solutions
  • Identifies and documents Compute demand pipeline
  • Describes and guides clients through the Compute Services Delivery formats and processes
  • Facilitates interactions between Service Owners and Clients to discuss: roadmaps, introductions of new services or features, support requirements
  • Partners with various EY Technology teams to ensure awareness and proper use patterns for Compute offerings across EY
  • Identifies opportunities for “Cloud First” enablement and sponsors them actively
  • Identifies education needs in our Client community and facilitates execution, coordinating with Service Owners
  • Partners with ARM CT and other bodies to better support respective Service Lines and Countries
  • Drives and provides visibility for program’s overall performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management of Information Systems or equivalent is preferred
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate through uncertain situations to drive for clarity. Apply systems thinking.
  • Ability to impact and influence at all levels of EY, customer and partner organizations, including at senior leadership and executive levels
  • Strong business acumen and mental agility to ramp quickly across our diverse business and offerings
  • High personal accountability for self and others
  • Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Experience working on a virtual/global team is required
  • Create an environment of mutual influence, understanding and empathizing with others; using persuasion rather than authority

Consideration: National and international travel may be required; valid passport needed
