Region Leadership:

·          Provide region oversight and leadership of Solutions Activation CoE implementation

·          Accountable for performance outcomes for Solutions Activation CoE at region level 

·          Regularly review Solutions Activation CoE performance metrics and report on performance

·          Lead with region SA community to talk through global identified solutions, gaps and challenges that may be escalated upwards


Solution Activation: 

·          Work with Executive SA leadership, Region Business Development Leaders and Service Line leadership, Market Segment Boards and solutions leadership to develop and deploy the solution GTM strategy across market segments and accounts

·          Work with Region Solution Client Executives, Account, Market Segment, Pursuit and Service Line teams to co-develop plans  and facilitate agile deployment of region solution strategy

·          Work with regional leadership on prioritizing solutions that that regional COE will drive and focus

·          Facilitate solution discussions with account teams based on client issues and strategies and escalate client needs to inform solution deployment plans

·          Help implement Exceptional Client Services,  global best practice, process consistency and synergies for Solutions Activation in the region

·          Facilitate strategic discussions with Account teams and Market Segment Boards to determine the ideal solutions for the accounts and market segment

·          Serve as a coach and leverage BD methodology to help teams understand the client’s needs and prepare for client interactions


People Management:

·          Select and manage Solutions Activation resources at Region level (including hiring, development and deployment etc.)

·          Review/identify opportunities to prioritize resources and target opportunities with the most potential for growth

Instill high performing team principles to build a high impact regional CoE organization  

Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities:

·          Understand region pipeline to identify key campaigns and initiatives that will help achieve sales growth

·          Translate Region strategic priorities within Solutions Activation function and together with key stakeholders determine implementation priorities

·          Liaise with the Regional Activation Leader to determine recruiting and headcount needs for the function at Region level

Regularly review and assess the success and effectiveness of the Solutions function in the Region, addressing issues as they arise

Supervision Responsibilities:


·          The Region Solutions Activation Leader has direct supervisory responsibility for the Solutions Activation teams at the regional level and will need to make decisions regarding personnel performance of these teams

Ensure that strong and effective relationships are built and maintained with the GDS/offshore teams

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:


·          Demonstrate success in building internal and external relationships at a senior level

·         Excellent project management skills, proven team building and interpersonal communication and writing skills

·          Strong working knowledge of a professional services organization

Executive presence, strong leadership skills and the ability to influence others

Other Requirements:

·         As the job involves responding to clients' needs and varying time zones, long hours are regularly required.

·          Moderate to frequent travel may be required.
