Responsibilities:
 
Your role is to provide general administrative and clerical support for our Administration Department.
 
Requirements:
  • DSE / Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 1 year of clerical / administrative experience
  • Having experience in office supplies procurement experience is a bonus
  • Reasonable spoken and written English. Native Cantonese
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Mature, detail-oriented, independent and takes initiative
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English and Chinese Word Processing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
