Major Responsibilities/Duties

 

·           Be responsible for Partners’ calendar management, requiring interaction with internal and external executives, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings.

·           Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently.

·           Assist  Partner/Executive Director/Director with preparation of presentation materials.

·           Assist Partner/Executive Director/Director with travel plans and logistics arrangements.

·           Prepare Managers/Senior Managers Partner/Executive Director/Director’s expense report and time report accordingly

·           Populate and continually update client database as required.

 

The position holder will perform other responsibilities and tasks as required to achieve the agreed performance outcomes.

 

 

Objectives/Measurements

 

·           Success against metrics set in conjunction with AS Team Supervisor

·           Successful execution and management of agreed projects

·           Positive feedback from the stakeholder groups regarding the services provided

·           Positive feedback from team

 

 

Skills & Competencies

 

·           Bachelor Degree at least.

·           Preferable gained from international and sizable foreign enterprises or joint ventures.

·           Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

·           Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills.

·           Experience in proper training on secretarial work is an advantage.

·           Excellent English spoken and written skills.

·           Self-disciplined, mature and able to work independently.
