Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

    Responsibilities:
 
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements
  • Create or review job description based on hiring manager's specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post to job boards and company websites
  • Maintain good working relationship with internal stakeholders and candidates
  • Manage the whole recruitment cycle from sourcing, shortlisting and interviewing candidates to   negotiating and presenting offers
  • Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals and performance metrics through effective use of online recruitment system
  • Maintain and provide regular and accurate candidates pipeline reports to the hiring managers
  • Ensure compliance with internal recruitment-related approval protocols
  • Assisted in recruitment related or Employer Branding projects when needed
 
 
To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:
  •  Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience recruiting for a wide range of disciplines and ranks in both recruitment agency and in-house environment in MNC;

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Highly articulate and able to work across cultures 

  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and influencing skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills

  • Ability to handle complicated cases within limited timeframe

  • Skilled in building strong and trusted relationship with internal stakeholders and candidates

  • Proactive, independent and self-driven

  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.
