Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organisation running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Job Summary:

Responsible for delivering all facets of the recruitment process throughout the organization. Ensures the hiring of the best possible talents for the firm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and HR.
  • Other HR related duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, human resources or a related field
  • Preferably with 3 years work experience in Recruitment
  • Task Management Skills
  • Can work independently or with a team
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Well organized, Must be keen to details
