About EY 
The opportunity

We are looking for a Executive Assistant within the Core Business Services team in our Sydney office. This role is offered on a flexible full time basis. 

Your key responsibilities
  • Have the ability to quickly understand the PEDDs’ key clients and stakeholders. 

  • Accurately book overseas travel and accommodation as required
  • Book internal and client meetings including arranging meeting rooms / catering

  • Manage Outlook calendar invites accurately to large groups
  • Prepare and revise documents including presentations,  client letters and other advisory documents

  • Prepare and process expenses & AMEX in compliance with firm policies and guidelines

Skills and attributes for success

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Intermediate skills in Outlook
  • Intermediate CRM Capability
  • Strong and mature approach to clients and stakeholders
  • Experience booking travel arrangements

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Ability to assist in teaming
  • An understanding or willingness to learn about the FSO practice
