The opportunity


As a supply chain and operations professional, you’ll use your methodical approach and insight to drive our clients’ global business performance. Working as part of a high-performing team, you’ll deliver exceptional client service and help high performing organisations improve their planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, distribution and service processes.

 

We’re looking for someone who is passionate, engaged and able to advocate and develop supply chain solutions. Enabling our clients to achieve more through reducing unnecessary costs, improving speed to value, as well as optimising how operations are managed and executed through helping to improve our client capability, processes and technology.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Assist clients with their biggest operational challenges using core consulting skills and our global methodologies.

  • Work collaboratively with internal and client teams to deliver solutions and end to end transformation programs, from strategy through to execution.

  • Contribute to business development and account management activities such as pursuits, proposals and managing key relationships

Skills and attributes for success

  • Supply chain consulting or non-transactional supply chain experience

  • Natural ability to demonstrate the enthusiasm and ability to solve our clients most complex problems.

  • Demonstrated strong analytical capability and the ability to present complex findings verbally and written

  • Exposure to operational transformation with the ability to identify how and where to improve a client’s processes and output

Ideally, you’ll also have
  • A desire to continue to grow and shape your skills set, to enable you to provide supply chain solutions for the Transformative Age (e.g. Robotic Process Automation or IoT)

  • Experience in category management, sourcing or spend analytics, or

  • Experience in supply or demand planning, logistics planning or optimisation, or

  • Experience with Lean, production planning or factory management
