Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating business processes, server and application tracking information on an ongoing basis.

  • Producing daily, weekly and ad hoc reports as and when required.

  • Supporting the engagement lifecycle and escalating matters as required to ensure timely service delivery to ensure the process of Data Delivery is efficient.

  • Assisting and coordinating the process of data transfer requests, team accounts and escalations.

  • Monitoring of access and user groups across the entire APAC server infrastructure.

  • Drafting enablement material (user guides and quick reference cards)

  • Working in partnership with the ADS Lead to verify project deletions.

  • Coordinating application user acceptance testing for APAC by liaising with the Global Helix team and the helix champions/business SMEs.

  • Assisting in maintaining enablement for the APAC Assurance Data Delivery Team, including user guides and supporting documentation.

  • Assisting with any ad hoc operational tasks and the program of work evolves.

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to managing multiple tasks with conflicting demands and timeframes.

  • A strong attention to detail with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • A flexibility and willingness to learn and ‘get the job done’.

  • The ability to function well in high pressure situations and manage the expectations of stakeholders in multiple countries.

  • A good command of English, both written and verbal.

  • A dedication to teamwork and an ability to build relationships with staff at all levels in person and through digital communication (Skype).
