To qualify for the role you must have
  • Superior project management skills including delivery of detailed logistics and operational elements of events
  • Demonstrated success in developing and producing events as a form of learning for participants
  • Demonstrated success managing a wide range of projects and budgets.
  • Proactive driver for refining and improving events upon events.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels within an organisation
Ideally, you will also have
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills including flexibility and resilience skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Creative and innovative skills
  • Learning, insurance and financial services industry knowledge in an advantage
