The opportunity

We are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator within the Talent team in our Oceania office. This role is offered on a flexible full time basis.


Your key responsibilities
  • Schedule Learning and Development courses, classes and events as per the calendar

  • Liaise with internal facilitators (including Partners) and managing calendar invites

  • Field and respond to participant enquiries regarding L&D programs

  • Collate learning and development data for reporting

  • Support the L&D Events team in the coordination and delivery of Milestone Events

Skills and attributes for success
  • Experience with project management including delivery of detailed logistics and operational elements of learning events

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels within an organisation

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Relevant administrative and customer/client service experience

  • Clear understanding of the process to implement learning programs
