  • Handling Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction Advisory Services (RHC) projects covering engagements, proposals and business development initiatives.

  • Delivery of real estate advisory services including preparation of feasibility studies, destination strategy, tourism product development (leisure and entertainment), growth/expansion/entry strategies, highest-and-best use analysis and comparable/benchmarking analysis.

  • Experience in operational diligence and performance reviews for hotels, malls and leisure/entertainment assets

  • Financial analysis experience with the ability to link operational analysis to P&L, cash flow and balance sheet.

  • Should be able to work on real estate valuations and analyse the outputs of these calculations.

  • Should be able to co-ordinate and accomplish multiple projects, including planning, scoping of the requirement, assisting with data collection/ analysis; and business writing and disseminating research results based on the type of project.

  • Analysing a company's historic/current financial situation as well as preparing slides based on the analysis or insights perceived from the financial statement or business model.

  • Familiarity with RHC terminology and able to work across all the real estate segments such as residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and construction.

  • Ready to travel onshore (Middle East region) to deliver the project, by working together with engagement team.

  • Demonstrating excellent skills in project execution, report writing and presentation development.

  • Ability to contribute meaningful ideas and work productively with other team members as well as on independent assignments.

  • Proactively engage with customer/stakeholders to Identify, build and develop new opportunities.

  • Adherence of all process compliance as well as timely reporting of facts & figures.

  • Should be highly motivated, analytical, logical thinkers with a passion for real estate and have a very strong attention to detail.

  • 5-6 years of business analysis, report writing, consulting and client management experience in a real estate consulting environment with exposure to working with senior leadership

  • Relevant experience in handling projects including feasibility studies, strategic market assessment, benchmarking analysis and real estate advisory.

  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines; must be able to analyse and prioritize assignments; also, must judge the amount of time to spend for the expected outcome, according to the importance of a project and the type of information needed.



  • Good business sense, logical reasoning and should be to conceptualize project storyboar•
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
  • Experienced in presenting and writing findings clearly in reports and other deliverables to clients
  • Should have presentation & business writing skills as well as good excel knowledge
  • Knowledge of standard reference/information sources such as CapitalIQ, Mergermarket, Thomsonone.com, Reuters Eikon, Onesource, Factiva etc. will be preferred.
  • Ability to read, analyse, interpret, synthesise and present information from financial, valuation reports, market/industry reports, articles, technical and trade documents, and other journals.
  • Real estate sector background, Business analysis, Report writing, presentation, Good Communication, Project co-ordination, MS office skills, Financial and transactional skills
