Key responsibilities
An experience SAP SuccessFactors consultant to drive forward the practice:
  • Engaged in maintaining the active partner relationship with SAP
  • Engage clients in a pre-sales capacity
  • Lead implementation projects
  • Help to grow a team of collaborators
  • Provide thought leadership related to the topic
Skills and attributes for success
  • Self-motivated individual with ambition to develop in their career
  • Client facing with Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with large Swiss and International Clients and enterprise software projects
  • Experience of leading multiple SuccessFactors implementations
  • Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors and the integration with other systems
  • Certified SuccessFactors consultant
  • Knowledge of HR business process design and development
  • Project Management expertise and expert knowledge in the Implementation approach to cloud projects
  • Strong analytical skills helping our customers to find the best solution for their business requirements
Required qualifications
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification
  • English language as well as either German or French fluency is required
  • Experience of at least three end to end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors
Ideally, you’ll also have…
  • Strong network in Switzerland
  • Ambition to become the domain leader
  • Ability to travel when required
