Student Recruitment Manager – FTC 12 months

As the EY Student Recruitment Manager, you will manage a team of talented professionals with responsibility for the overall attraction, engagement and end to end recruitment of up to 300 graduates annually. In addition to this you will oversee our award winning Internship and Work Placement programmes which recruit a further 250 students annually.  You will work closely with senior stakeholders and be responsible for - 

  • Leading our various student programmes which build a pipeline of talent to support all of our business services lines.
  • Managing a high performing team of recruiters to deliver targets.
  • Building close relationships with our business to understand  their different requirements.
  • Keeping up to date with the marketplace and new trends.
  • Consistently understanding and enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Working closely with the recruitment marketing team to develop campaigns and innovative ideas to attract talent.
  • Leading out on a variety of innovative student engagement projects.
  • Managing University relationships on campus consistently building the EY brand.
  • Managing 3rd party vendor relationships eg. Grad Ireland.
  • Monitoring quality of our processes and procedures.
  • Reporting on a monthly basis to the business on a number of data points.


Experience in a similar position is essential for this role, you will have led a high performing team,  comfortable with high volumes and a fast paced environment. You will have dealt with a variety of stakeholders, building strong relationships and making quick decisions often with competing priorities. Data is your friend and you have experience with reporting and communicating insights through analysis. You understand the importance of building our brand on campus and how consistently putting candidate first is the key to success. Experience in project management and programme development would be a distinct advantage.  Finally, you would describe yourself as someone who is resilient, ambitious and tenacious, and comfortable being in an environment where there are competing priorities.
