The opportunity
 
We are looking for a motivated manager to join the Workforce Advisory (People Advisory Services) team based in our Melbourne office. This opportunity offers the successful candidate the chance help shape organisations people and culture initiatives. The role is offered on a flexible full-time basis.
 
Your key responsibilities
  • Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs;
  • Build client networks and relationships;
  • Work on challenging projects across a diverse range of issues including strategic workforce planning and analytics, design and implementation of large scale HR transformation and human-centred design, and/or talent management and capability development;
  • Lead a small team of experienced consultants.
Skills and attributes for success
  • Significant and practical experience in the people-related aspects of large scale organisational transformations, talent and leadership or workforce strategy;
  • A relevant Degree in Business/Commerce, HR or Organisational Psychology;
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills;
  • Experience in managing small teams in the delivery of people related projects;
  • Proven and proactive business development skills.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Curiosity and desire to challenge the status quo;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience in Big 4 or boutique consulting environment highly desirable.
