Assistant Manager - People Advisory Services Lahore

Core expertise for the position include:

Strong understanding of HR policies/procedures, functions, frameworks including familiarity with the global HR trends.
Strong project management capability – familiar with and able to selectively deploy a range of project management tools and methodologies including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and people management skills. 
Knowledge of Developing HR strategy, Talent management and Benefits administration
Drafting / updating HR policies and procedures
Knowledge of Performance Management, Organizational Design, Succession Planning, Training & Development
Knowledge of employee recruitment / on-boarding and off-boarding, grievance management
Qualification and Experience:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR from a renowned/recognized university or institute
HR professional with 2-3 years of experience in corporate HR. Experience in HR consulting will be preferred

Additional expertise / skills required for the position include:

Experience of conducting/ coordinating training session(s) on soft skills
Ability to establish / introduce HR metrics and reporting dashboard
Ability to conduct / coordinate employee engagement / CSR activities
