What working at EY offers

A critical part of anyone’s journey in EY-P is continuous learning and training. We have monthly workshops held by a Partner or Director on specific management consulting topics. Besides that, we encourage furthering education through the vast database of EY training courses and your free access to Udemy. We also make an extra effort to train our KSA team members.

We do a lot to ensure your smooth onboarding and that you will be fully supported and mentored throughout your career at EY-P. You’ll be assigned a buddy and a counselor who will respectively be your point of reference and mentor that will support you to have an exceptional experience since Day 1.

Onboarding support
• Induction: Attend induction (Day 1 & 2)
• Meet key people: Get to know your assigned buddy and counselor
• Meet your team and other colleagues on the floor
• Share a brief background / personal bio with your buddy (for your team introduction by a Partner)

Ongoing mentorship
• Your buddy will be a peer who plays a critical role in your onboarding experience by being a friendly, supportive team member and sharing knowledge, experience and networks. Your buddy will proactively support you during your first 90 days by “showing you around” EY-P.
• Your counselor will be a senior who will take the role of a mentor. Your counselor will be the one you turn to whenever you face challenges or need guidance. Your counselor will have a say in your work activities to ensure that you’re in the right place and satisfying your best interest. Your counselor will also be the one who approves your leave days and so on.

About EY-Parthenon in MENA (Middle East and North Africa)

The EY-P MENA Area team is composed of about 83 people between Riyadh, Dubai, Manama and Amman. We belong to the wider EMEIA region team of over 2500 people, 350 Partners and executives, with 3 competencies under our 1 brand and 1 ambition: to help clients reimagine, reshape and reinvent themselves for a better working world.

Key highlights of our work in MENA include:
• Our strong brand in the government and public sector across MENA means that we work on large-scale and strategic national development projects
• We support Sovereign Wealth Funds across MENA with Commercial Due Diligence and post-merger integration services on numerous high-profile transactions
• We’re heavily involved in Reshaping Results engagements with key national and flagship companies / entities to develop their business strategy and transform their business

Step 1: Apply

Step 2: Test
After we review your application, you will receive an invitation email from ‘EY Careers’ to complete the EY online assessments. Approach the tests as you would approach any new challenge. It might be tough, but you can do it!

Step 3: OnDemand Interview
Upon passing the assessments, you will receive an email invitation to complete a prerecorded video interview. You will be required to record yourself responding to behavioral based questions. Being yourself is key to passing this step of the recruitment process.

Step 4: Attend
Once you have been shortlisted, you may be invited to attend a recruitment day or an interview. This is your opportunity to visit our office, speak with our people and ask questions about life and work at EY.

Step 5: Receive
