Key responsibilities

  • You are the day-to-day point of contact for clients and senior managers on projects. You structure and engage teams to deliver high quality outputs;
  • Along with senior management, you take the lead in identifying client issues and proposing the most appropriate approach for challenges that governments face;
  • You help develop the business and acquire new clients and engagements, including the identification and pursuit of business opportunities by forging strong client relationships;
  • You build and maintain long-term relationships with senior clients;
  • You will be involved in defining and delivering digital solutions for our clients;
  • You drive strategic discussions regarding business objectives and strategy KPIs; 
  • You capture strategic objectives, vision and iterative feedback from our clients’ stakeholders; 
  • You drive ideation, evaluation, definition and prioritization of features and use cases;
  • You help lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and user researchers to build user-centric solutions;
  • You represent the voice of business strategy, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data to ensure product decisions address their needs.

Your profile

  • Degree and specialism
    • Master degree in economics, business, marketing, or communication,…

  • Years of experience in relevant field 
    • You have 5-7 years of experience in digital strategy and digital concept definition, with a clear track record of impactful, high-quality digital concepts;
    • You have conceptualized several of the following: digital service concepts, e-commerce platforms, self-service platforms, smartphone applications, chatbots, voice propositions,…

  • Technical knowledge and certificates
    • You have a strong business sense and know how to translate business objectives into digital solutions; 
    • You partner effectively with business stakeholders & solve problems. You’re comfortable and effective at framing decisions with clear and logical arguments;
    • You have extensive experience with design sprints and concept creation with the use of design thinking as a philosophy;
    • You are up-to-date on digital trends, mobile development, online marketing;
    • You have good product intuition, but reinforce decisions through a deep understanding of customer insights and analytical data;
    • You have experience with digital marketing and marketing automation suites;
    • You are experienced with an agile development process and work collaboratively with full stack product teams;
    • You’re comfortable operating in a fast-moving, fluid startup environment. You know how to push things forward and constantly push toward clarity and successful delivery;
    • You have strong written and oral communication skills, with experience facilitating group discussions and animating workshops and design studio’s.

  • Language skills
    • You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and proficient level of business English.

  • Soft skills
    • Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy;
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • A global mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to function in international teams;
    • People management and project management experience.
